Right before it goes back up..

Seriously.. last low was $360. You can wait for it to go all the way down til then. Sub $400 is relatively safe if it gets there.

Staking notes was released that lowered the staking amount to 32 eth from 1500 with a 5% reward.

When it comes to centralized vs decentralized in the smart contract space, there are more and more options coming out. ETH, ADA, NEO, EOS, XTZ, and now VeChain (VET) with their MainNet launch. I would argue that VET is on the more centralized spectrum, and ETH more decentralized overall. Existing businesses wanting to use blockchain tech might need a more centralized route until ETH figures out this whole network clogging problems. Some thoughts:

Ethereum Plummets After Co-Founder Buterin Says Days Of Explosive Growth Are Over

The pain for ethereum fans has been relentless in 2018, with the cryptocurrency sliding more than 80% from its January highs; moments ago even more pain was unleashed by an unlikely source after Vitalik Buterin, Ethereum's 24 year old co-founder, said that "the days of explosive growth in the blockchain industry have likely come and gone now the average person is aware of its existence."

Hi all, I'm new here. Can you help me?
Is there anywhere I can trade my Bitcoin for Ethereum without verifying my ID?

Here's a trip down memory lane, the first BS post about Ethereum (The 1st Alt-Coin and ICO).

Did anybody on here get involved with Ethereum? I bought early in the pre-sale and it has done pretty well since it started trading.

I did very well buying Ethereum, but shortly soured on ETH, The Ethereum Foundation, and Vitalik Buterin after The DAO hack. It was shortly afterwards that ETH started to really make a move. I still hold quite a few ETH, although I sold the majority of my position.

I also posted the first message that the SEC might consider Ethereum a security, due to the Supreme Court ruling of US vs Howey. I received a lot of flak from the ETH fan-boys about that.

Sometimes the best laugh is the last laugh.

I don't own any of these ERC-20 Ethereum tokens, but they seem interesting.

In most instances I actually thought ETH was one of the easier alts to transact with. The only times it wasn't was during a 2017 crazy ICO where the network was super clogged.

According to this video, when ETH goes Proof of Stake (PoS) it will return between 5-14% ROI. Minimum of 32 ETH to create a node. I might set one up to see how it all goes.

DASH already does that (and has for over half a decade). I run a masternode on it currently and it pays out about weekly. I wasn't a fan of MEW or how you need to always remember to have extra ETH to be able to send something. Maybe just my personal preferences, but it was/is my least favorite crpto to transact in.

ETH 2.0 economics. The earlier one starts a node once PoS goes live, likely the better returns.
