Yes, that is correct. Amber is sold out. But I have PLENTY of "Dark" and PLENTY of "Very Dark" available.

For those who prefer Amber, I have 2 batches now that are technically "Dark" but they are on the lighter side of Dark and have a lighter taste than normal Dark syrup.

I am working on it. Trouble right now is that the best candy is made with very light syrup and I don't have any. I have made a coupe of good batches in the past but have not refined my candy skill enough to feel comfortable selling it. It's either 100% awesome, or it is not for sale. But stay tuned for candy. It'll happen one of these days.

BTW, the Pecans are basically candy! :pop:

The dark and very dark are both awesome. The very dark is like liquid sugar

and don't forget the cinnamon infused also. I took a bottle to breakfast with my parents and brother and we all really liked that also.

I would try the Pepitas next time, but im not sure what kind of nuts they are :shifty:

I have done pepitas and they are pretty darn good. I can do just about any kind of nuts or seeds upon request. I get pepitas bulk at a health food store. They are just raw green pumpkin seeds. Its the business part of the pumpkin seed, shelled.

The nuts are awesome! Due to allergies I can't eat a lot but they are amazing. Two years ago I vac-sealed a bunch of small packets of the pecans and pepitos. They're still as fresh and tasty as the day I sealed them. Just got some out of the freezer this week. No change in consistency either, still firm and chewy.

I just ordered another box. :thumbup:

Tomorrow is the day! Wicked late start to the season for my area, it's just been too cold. But as I type this, there is some really great sap flowing out of the trees. Should be up to my eyeballs in syrup at any moment. Anyone interested in ordering some, please do not hesitate to send a PM.
