It has a smooth surface side and the "ridges" on the other. I need to break it out and use it :)

That griddle pretty much describes what I have been finding. I kind of would like to find one without the ridges on the bottom. I know that would be great for cooking some things over an open fire, but for what I want it for my priority would be easier clean up :D

Good find!
Looks like I might be able to get one from the Amazon store.

I am leaning towards a 14" cast iron pizza pan. I think it would work great for cheese steaks and fajitas and maybe even work for pizza

My first attempt at a pizza on the kamado grill. We called it a success!
Cooked on the Spiceberry 14" cast iron pizza pan. I got the Spiceberry because the lodge jumped from $29 to $51 before I could order it. Now it is back down to $34. Amazon????? It is cooling on on a 16" pizza pan.

Sound hot!

I fried up a mess of crappie this weekend. For those who don't know what that is..... it is a whole lot better that it sounds!

Last few days were no meat chilli, black bean Burger and paella, anyone have any vegi recipes to share?

I am not a vegan but from time to time I "try" to count calories etc , you would be amazed how many calories certain food stuffs have. But anyways I watched "Engine 2" and while this guy is a bit intense he knows his stuff and one recipe I really want to make is the "engine 2 lasagna" When they are making it in the move its looks super yummy.

Image

Here is a recipe for it.

They don't have much fat, so the flavor isn't great and they can be kinda chewy if overcooked. I've found its usually best to cook them like a lean piece of pork.

:pop:

Lol.... your an absolute nutt....i cant count the times you've made me laugh...

Since Dorian is the Master chef we'll let him check the temperature ;)

I've ate a lot of crap in my life[mostly cow] but never fried it. We usually eat it green or get some from the milk cows tail while juicing her. Why would one fry crap before eating?
