Just good old fashioned baby back ribs (oven style) while binge watching NFL playoffs last Sunday.
Finished product is missing a few pieces, the cook had to QC check it before the dinner guests ;)

I went a little heavy on the bbq sauce because I "eye balled" the seasonings and ended up with a little too much Chili powder for my kid's taste. Oh yeah, and set off the smoke alarm trying to "glaze" the sauce in my broiler.

Tonight for dinner I had liver, zuchini, mushrooms, red bell pepper slices RAW: cucumber, some fermented carrot, half avocado.
Very basic paleo, easy prep (griddle in avocado oil), but still low fat. Tendency for paleo is no dairy, grains, oats, rice, etc.

Im going to try this, i like quick n easy. I Use to get a hamburger made with Zuchini at a stand in San Clemente, CA. I Can still taste the awesomeness!
Is paleo about the same as Atkins or Keto?
