10-4

Got a feeling we will have enough for two full leagues this year.

Would like to play if there is room. I don't know the stakes you guys play for but maybe base it on silver. A $50 league could be 2 ASE's etc. What's better than getting money when you win your league? Getting silver! Just a thought.
Do you hear that? That's the sound of inevitability.

I'm in again this year. I'm good for at least one league. Depends on what the buy in is, and if an extra is needed, I could do both!

Is everyone cool with a flat $100 buy-in for one league? We already have 15 people that wanna play, I'm pretty positive we can stretch two leagues already with just these, since myself and others have expressed interest in playing in more than one league. The other league can be a silver, gold, pyruvite, whatever buy-in, to be decided. But the core league I think $100 buy-in, with a 65% - 25% - 10% payout for 1st - 2nd - 3rd places respectively. Thoughts?

This is exactly what the silver league was last year and it worked out fair in my opinion. We also had a side bet for an ASE that was optional and that was cool as well. I believe we came to the concensus that cash to buy in was the best method and the winner could buy or do with it what they wanted.

The league is a 13 week regular season, right? If it is I think we should have 14 teams in the league so there is no imbalance in the schedule, everybody plays everybody one time.

If you're counting votes, I say yes to a $100 buy in and 65/25/10 split and a balanced schedule league.

Put me down for 2 leagues. Last year we had a 100 and a 250 buy in. I'll do whatever. 2 leagues - I'm in to defend my silver league championship.

All right, I'm interested, but I have never played fantasy anything before. I do understand and watch the NFL, but I don't really follow the teams much, not til the end of the season anyway.

So should I sit this out? Or can dumb luck help me win? Do I have to do a lot of work? Or just research players and make decisions?

Sorry, is there a primer somewhere?

Ahhh whatever, if the buy-in is $100 or less, I'll let you guys take my money. It's only paper.

BTW, who's the patsy? ;)

If you enjoy watching football, this takes it to a new level. You will watch games that you otherwise wouldn't ever, and it's really easy to keep up with, the yahoo site has these experts that tell you who to pick up, it's relatively easy. If you like football, you will be a repeat customer after this season.
