Wow BS has changed...also new to Crypto Q's

Hi All,

Not being as frequent a patron to this site I have to say it's interesting to see where the site has come. I would not have thought crypto would make it's way into this site. That's not because I doubt it's validity. Just because this is a PM site.

I with my vastly limited understanding of blockchain, have always seen cyrpto trading, like buying and selling stock.

Anyways I'm here now [lurking on BS] because with silver prices being low I wanted to make a buy, but since there's all this talk and actual forums set-up for crypto...I'd love to get peoples input on getting into the game this late.

Disclosure: The only crypto exposure I have is with Steem, from posting my blog posts there...

Hope i'm not the millionth person to ask this...

Yeah some don't like it so much. I think that the mods created a way to hide the crypto threads from the "view new posts" feature.

For the record the experience to bring my hardening of the synapses brain up to speed with this techknowledgy was/is (I'm still learning) worth every BOFF (balding old fat fart) frustration I experienced.

Thanks for all the help. I was able to create accounts with Coinbase, Coinbase Pro (GDaX) and Binance.

I was also able to link an account with my bank and transfer funds to Coinbase. But it looks as though the funds need to clear before I can transfer over to GDAX to avoid fees by initiating Maker trades.

Has anyone transferred between GDAX and Binance lately? Just wondering if that is still a free process?

So coinbase pro takes a little while to clear funds... Can't say i'm upset given the recent drop in crypt values this week.

Yes it did. Kind of just sitting out until things dip again. Thank you for checking.

Right now the funds are just sitting in the Coin Base pro account. Once BTC starts to drop I'll initiate a maker order.
